Payment method

The reservation will not be valid until a deposit equivalent to 50% of the rental rate has been paid.
(The price does not include: water, gas and electricity).

Cancellation
You can cancel the reservation at any time, although it will entail a penalty for the client.
The charge will be variable, depending on the advance notice with which the notice is made:

• 50% of the deposit will be returned if it is canceled two months in advance
• 25% of the deposit will be returned if it is canceled 20 days in advance (business days)
• 5% of the deposit will be returned if it is canceled 15 days in advance (business days)

Payments in place

• Forfait electricity, water, gas and pool cleaning: EUR 90
• Deposit: 400 euros / stay (required)
• Sheets: 5 euros / person (optional)
• Towels: 3 euros / person (optional)
• Baby bed: 30 euros / week (optional)
• Extra bed: 100 euros / week

These charges will be paid in cash

Schedule
Check-in: Saturdays from 16pm to 19pm
Departure: Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
In general, animals are not allowed. The company will decide the exceptions, at the request of the client.
